Real Madrid and Spain international midfielder Marco Asensio has told Real that he is ready to quit the club and has offers on the table from both Manchester clubs and PSG.
Spanish publication Diario Gol has revealed, Marco Asensio has told the club he has received offers from Manchester United, Manchester City and Paris St-Germain.
The report claims the player and his representatives have informed Real that they will discuss his future in the summer, as the player would like some time to think over the offers on the table.
The news comes after Asensio, who started the season so well, has only been picked a total of 9 times this season by manager Zinedine Zidane. The player feels he should be a regular in the first team, and with Real’s poor run of form this season, he has been overlooked.
Asensio, is one of the hottest talents in world football at present, with a host of Europes top clubs after his services. The offers come as no surprise as Europe’s top clubs are monitoring his situation at the Bernabeu.
The 21-year-old Spain international feels he has been overlooked by Zidane, who has preferred to pick Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema instead.
All three of the above players have witnessed a lose of form this season, yet Real manager Zidane does not favour picking the Spain international for some strange reason.
With the World Cup in Russia coming up in 6 months time, the player will be hoping for more game time in the second half of this season so he can secure a place in Spain’s final 23 man squad for Russia.
Real finished second in their Champions League group stage matches earlier this season and currently sit fourth in La Liga, 14 points behind arch rivals Barcelona.
